Which blacksmiths should we marry in at Gretna Green?

I have just found out there are two blacksmiths…the old blacksmiths shop and gretna hall blacksmiths. Is one of them less authentic? Will one of them make for better photo opportunities? Does anyone have experience of either?

Help me identify this Blacksmith’s tool?

I have to identify this artifact for class. The artifact has a wooden handle, a flat iron shaft, and a copper head that looks like 2 triangles put together with a flat head. It was hand made in the 1800s, and was used to for a horse (not sure what). Can anyone help me? I believe it is a hardy tool that was used to form horseshoes but the shaft is not rounded.
